Coworker has MD for sale help please.

Danger,
That detector is used primarily for gold nugget hunting. It runs at 50 kHz which looks for small (or large) gold objects. It retailed for around $500 new and can be had second hand for about $300. If you want a nugget shooting metal detector it might be a good choice.

It is a nugget detector. No discrimination. If you plan using it for coin shooting I'd keep looking. I agree with Farmercal on the price.

I have a Goldmaster VSAT and love it for gold hunting. Not a good choice for in the city however. Too sensitive and you'll pick up every last bit of trash the ground has to offer!

Thanks y'all have been very helpful .I think I will buy it he said he only wanted $80 for it so I'll give it a shot and he said he was stationed in alaska when he got it but never got a chance to use it so it is like new! Thanks again for all yawls input on all three of my questions this week.cool this site has spell check for y'all!
