Interesting find. What is the material? It looks like a limestone or sandstone.

How about an image of the backside?

It looks odd to me. The mineralization looks different in what would be the hafting area.

What do you make of that when you look at it under magnification?

I was wondering the same thing about the hafting area having a bare look compared to the rest of the piece.

Good catch I would have walked right by it Amazing relic well done

Yes' it’s so thin in the middle, it would easily break.

What type of material was it again? Almost looks like a piece of bone? Patella?
