CRH vs Ebay

Paid av of 1.25 ea for some Mercury dimes on ebay. Thought I would compare what my costs are to coin hunt.
$5k dime rolls, 50 silver dimes average, (or like, 10 90% halves)
Six seperate trips to pickup, dump. (could be cut down)
$48 in gasoline costs.

Roll searching 8 hours, 20 boxes
Drive time

Turns out my time is worth bout $2 an hour

I just bought some mercs on ebay myself for $1.06 average, good time to buy indeed.

I live in a great CRH area... NW Houston.

There are roughly 200 banks within 5 miles of my house (located in the 77429 area code... I'm about a mile from that post office. Google Result = Results 197 banks near 77429). So gas doesn't really affect me that much... I'm usually out on a different errand when I decide to grab a box. I've only got one dump bank, which means that over the course of a year I can hit a different bank every other day and never hit the same Buy Bank twice.
