Crotal Bell, Mercury Dime.

We are visiting family in Northern California and was able to get out detecting with my father-in-law for a couple of hours. Didn't expect to find anything old, but found an awesome Crotal bell and a 1917 mercury dime. Couldn't beleive I found this bell. Any idea how old it is.
The best thing about the day is the ground isn't frozen.

Nice dig's....Crotal's usually date from the mid 1500's through the the late 17's...Happy Holiday's

Nope, I found it in CA, but its going to make a Jet Blue journey back to the east coast.
