currently in the Wichita area gas is 2.17 a gallon, but we have 4 refineries within 50 miles and a dedicated oil pipeline from the gulf to the refineries to help support the aircraft building industry

Still $2.79+ in the country towns around me, and $2.64 in the big city 20 miles away. -Noodle

$2.99 in Reno yesterday. $3.39 in Tahoe. It's always about .40 cents higher on the California side.
