I think oil prices are down since last few months. So everyone is curious about oil prices in 2016. In my opinion predicting $20 per barrel seems too bearish while $100 per barrel might be too bullish. In June 2014 oil price was $ 107 per barrel and it is declined by 40% in last few months. Besides oil, Saudi Arabia and other members of OPEC really have little to offer the rest of the world economically. So, when it comes to an oil price forecast in 2016, $65.00 may be the new $85.00. What is your opinion about oil price forecast 2016.

IMO, I believe most people would be temporarily satisfied if $40 pb were maintained while the glut of oil worldwide is slowly reduced. Supply continues to outstrip demand; and when Iran opens their pipelines to the West, hang on for mid-to low-30s.

my prediction after November next year expect oil to go up to all new record Highs.

not that it is real great Now :(
I'm still paying the thieves $2.299 a Gallon for watered down with ethanol gasoline :(

last I saw, there were stations in N.j. charging $1.709 per gallon

Welcome to the left coast where it is still in the $2.80s in many places.
Don...

Diesel & Premium are that high at a few places in pa :(

there is only one station here that may be charging that for regular.
last I looked they took down their prices.
I'm guessing Trap. Once they pull in, Odds are they will bite he Bullet
and buy. I have a hunch he gives a discount to Friends & Family too
and shakes down the interstate crowd.

the sad catch that put a few stations out of Business here.
They had to pay more because their customer base was lower.
Yet they couldn't up their customer Base, because their Prices were too high.
and within a few blocks the gas was 30 cents or more cheaper.

Just checked: Oceanside, Ca price range: $2.52 -$2.99. Carlsbad, Ca. price range: $2.55 (Costco)-$3.19 (Mobil). At some pumps discounts are given for certain market credit cards while others may offer discounts to the Marines at Pendleton.
Don.....

Im paying $2.52 for high test for my Miata here in Florida, it was $2.34 2 weeks ago...

Most stations here had gone up last week when I needed gas & have since dropped back down.
Since I had to travel a few extra miles Difference to hit the Meat Market, & Aldies
I waited & found a station with lower Prices out there.

My regular Grocery Market gives a .10 cent per gallon break
for every $100.00 I spend, but it usually takes 2 Months or more for me to spend that much &
prices at the pump seem to rise the week my discount matures

Prices shot up after Paris attack even though there is still an oil glut.
