Well, they spelled it the same way you did, TnMountains! (heehee) It's funny. Misspelling seems to be more common these days on public signs. I don't know why that is.

Ok Allen that was really funny. I read your post and went what? I looked up and saw I forgot the "y" in they. My gosh man it has to be this wether I mean weather. Withering weather is what it is.
We often think Georgia is still mad at Tennessee for some reason about when they burnt Atlanta making that movie "Gone with The Wind".

That is a funny one. About 6 or 7 years ago, there was a little used RR line that ran across our road just 500 feet from our
driveway. They ripped out the tracks and converted it into a blacktopped hiking and bike trail. About a week after they
finished blacktopping the trail there was a 4-man crew out there painting the Big RR's and the X's on the road on both sides
of the trail. Then 3 days later the same crew was out there scrubbing off the paint. LOL.

Yup, I don't understand why at one of them wouldn't question why they were doing such a stupid thing when there were
not even any tracks there. It's too bad that I couldn't have gotten a picture of them doing that. It would have been a
winner. LOL. That was so funny when they had to come out and blast all that fresh paint off the road. Even the stop sign
had been removed when the tracks were torn up, and this crew painted the word STOP on both sides the way it had always
been when the tracks were being used. And we miss that stop sign because it slowed the cars down going by our house.
