There isn't a decent prime rib steak in Tulsa, believe it or not. Mpost of the time they say they are out of prime rib by 8:00PM which I think is bunk. I am only interested in prime rib as I can cook just about any other form of steak right here in my back yard. I have been trying to lose weight and I am so tired of chicken and everything that tastes like chicken I could scream! I have lost 16 lbs, but I really attribute that to being able to get out and work up a sweat working on rebuilding my deck. So, if it ain't prime rib I am not interested in investing much for something else. I ate "prime rib" at the local Creek Nation casino and it tasted like a piece of over cooked rubber! I like it medium rare, pink and hot but not bloody. And as far as tipping, I have nevcer seen $100 enough times all at once to give a tip that big! Monty

For Prime Rib here the only place to go and get great Prime Rib is the Scotch and Sirloin in Wichita. 5325 E Kellogg.

Scotch & Sirloin 40th Anniversary » S & S Meats

It's 62 miles from Caldwell, just over an hours drive. But worth the drive.
Jerry

PS: I would go either on a Friday or Satruday night as the best chef's work those nights, also call ahead for a reservation as they are usually very busy.

Woo Hoo got about 3/4" of rain here so far. Digger will go in about 3 1/2" with ease. Get any rain down there on the boarder?
