Schedule - CTH 5

Friday, Oct 5th:

1:00-5:00. Meet and greet, will have coffee and tea. Anyone wanting to send or bring a door prize please feel free to do so. Prizes are not what this hunt is all about. Sign waiver pick up name tags. Directions to hunt site will be at 4:00.
4:00-6:30. Warm-up hunt before Saturday. You are not to canvas the town to hunt. Please respect and abide by these rules. 1. Cover all holes and throw trash in buckets. 2. Do not rebury trash. Please pick up any trash that you see so we keep a good reputation for treasure hunters. Rule 3. We are here to enjoy each other’s company and share treasure stories. For three days leave POLITICS AT HOME. GOD knows we need a break from politics. Simply respect others while you are here.

Saturday, Oct 6th:

8:30 AM. Set up for CTH picture before hunting.
9:00 AM. Hunt starts, bring your own chairs, and throw trash in buckets. Water will be available for hunters. No alcohol allowed on hunt site. Absolutely no soliciting to hunt on any private or city property not stated here. Respect our citizen’s privacy.
12:00. Lunch on your own.
6:00 PM. We will have a cookout by Chef Kurt Hankins. Prizes will be handed out after eating.

Sunday, Oct 7th:

For those hardcore hunters you can start at 7:00 am hunting site B, rodeo grounds or at the creeks. I will be driving around checking areas. Be safe and be a good guest. Have a safe trip home and may God be with you.

Reminder to self, sharpen all digging tools. Yours sharpened? I believe it was Kurt who has been bringing a file to the hunts for those who forgotten to sharpen their tools.
