Well, everybody left camp for a few hours which leaves me by myself doing guard duty! Oh yeah, for campers, two trains blast thru here everynight about a hundred yards from here. I bet I won't even hear it tonight. Cold at night, lotsa wind blowing, a big baby owl that calls all night that fell from his nest, a mother owl hooting for hours 100 ft from here talking to the baby owl on the ground hidden behind some barrels. It's interesting for sure. Hurry up and get here........it's lonesome

See Steve I told you they roll up up the streets at sundown. Every time I think I have everything laid out I think of something else. Let's see, 6 detectors, 500 assorted batteries, box of crackers and stick of bologna or baloney whichever you prefer. Coffee thermos, bushel basket of assorted pills I have to take just to stay alive, eye drops to keep from going blind, cane to keep from falling over, first aid kit for when I do, glasses just so I can see, arch supports so I can walk, hmmm, what else. Getting old really sucks! I need to get one of those inspectors badges like GD, but I need to use the brail system.

And don't worry TeaxasConnection, the thieves couldn't find your house to rob it. I've been there twice and still couldn't find it!

Since I am only about two hours away from CTH#3 I won't be leaving until Friday morning and hope to get in about 1:00PM. I started to bring a big cardboard box and camp out but there's not an overpass to get under in town! See you all soon!! M nty

I hope so, 'cause I'm bringing one for Hannah because she has neck problems (from a car accident)... I picked up a pump today, but it takes 4-D batteries. I don't know how long the batteries last, so if you'd like to use it, you may wanna bring 4 extra D cells. You're definitely more than welcome to use it though.

I know there are at least three pumps already on site. Two powered and a manual.. Don't think air mattresses will be a problem!
