Dang, Mel! We opted for the Motel 6 in South Haven cause it was so much closer to Caldwell and had just been remodeled!
Won't be there until Friday early evening tho........
I know WSD and GS are around, but is Monty there yet? He's supposed to be at the "6" too.

We're all settled in, WSD, GS, Dixie, myself & a$$, Nana & a$$, the Iowa guys Deano & Dulac. I'm making this short & sweet...I'm not to crazy about laptops. Slow typing, I like things faster, i keep hitting the wrong keys.

Can't wait to see you all! I am with the family at the Baymont Inn in Springfield tonight. We are leaving here at 8 am and should arrive in Caldwell early afternoon. We are staying at the Motel 6 at South Haven too. Hope to see a few of ya around there. Noodle, we will miss you and Dan this year. You guys hold a special place in our hearts with the awesome job you did on your hunt. We have included you in our prayers daily as well as the others that have had a lot to deal with this year. God Bless you all.

Warsawdaddy and Gunsmoke are in the house! Just arrived, with Dixie of course. I will say, at least our room, looks cleaner than it did last year before Motel 6 bought them out. Don't know about the food yet. WiFi seems pretty fast. RR, I brought an xtra laptop if you still need one to use. We're in room 115. I'm actually using it right now, so I know it works here!

See what you guys went and done? With all this excitement we couldn't sleep. I woke up at 2:30am and Becky woke up at 3:30am. It was Becky's idea to leave earlier than we had planned so I know she is excited also. We will be walking out the door about 4am and will go to Denny's for breakfast before we hit the road. It should only be about a 3 hour drive from Olathe, KS so we should arrive around 8am. I told Motel 6 that we would need an early check in, I hope they are ready for us.

well, the wife and I are off to the hospital. for those of you who don't know, we're having a baby and the doctor has decided to induce this morning, how ever, the wife said once he's here and everything checks out, I can go to the hunt, so I'll be there today just not sure what time

Not much has changed here at the Motel 6. Went for breakfast this morning about 7am and they were closed. Asked the hotel manager what time they were gonna open and he said they should have opened at 6:30. Oh well. Warsawdaddy is heading over there now to see if he can find anyone. We'll see . . .
