Burdie,

Would it be okay if a bunch of us came up this weekend and practiced metal detecting just to make sure its safe from buffalo gnats? You know, in the interest of others before they drive so far. Lol!!!

Steve ;D
Of course you can come up and check it out or hunt. Heck I will give you 30 minutes to hunt the main site. Your 30 minutes just started. You might want to hurry. :tongue3:

Yea Greg glad your coming. Can't wait to get the wild bunch back together.

Having recently re-read JuanMoreTimes reply 412 on this page, I have decided I need an answer to the following question.

Specifically here is the cause of my question:

There is a small sign attached to the Caldwell sign. It says the entire city is zoned. And I have to have a permit.

Is the permit to stay sober, or to be just as zoned as everyone else?
How much does said permit cost. Is it already covered in the CTH III admission fees......?

I cannot seriously plan my trip without additional information as I do not want to violate local ordinances. I'm sure you've heard some of the horror stories about Mexico as an example.

So, someone in authority, answer up. Give us some details on the permit. Was it put in place because of the last two CTHs and the rowdy bunch?

:tongue3: Whoops, missed my cheek.

Be blessed!

If your name is BillKy, that permit allows us to take you into town as long as we watch you closely. We can undo the ankle shackles at night just like on a chain gang.

Actually it is "ZONED" for the rowdy bunch and the lala sisters. :occasion18: :occasion14: :3some: :wav: We always rezone a town when we are going to be there a while. Its safer. Just brought yo-self and have fun!!!

I do know that they all remember the rowdy bunch

Speaking of those buffalo gnats, remember I too was wondering what the heck bit me, but it was the next day when the itching started, then the following morning the welts appeared, I thought I got a good case of bed bugs at the roach motel. But after a good examination it was just my neck, ears and face. Then again, I had thought one mosquito took advantage of me when I was sleeping and continuously bit me all about the neck area. So, then I knew it was not bed bugs, never had those critters, but I believe it would had been all over my body. By the time I got home, after talking with Evy on her going to the hospital and Steve too, I got myself to the doctor's office. I was given some kind of salve to relieve the itching and swelling. The doctor was laughing about the buffalo gnats...he never heard of em. Believe me it was worst than mosquito bites.

I am thinking you need a good dunk in the creek .....which I thought you had,but evidently you need dunked twice to get the full effect! and then roll in the mud :-*

I think she missed the mud all she got was wet we were talking about it yesterday and I cant find any pics of anyone that got wet! (SO FAR) ! :laughing7:

I regret to tell you that the Cattle drive will be postponed till 2011 which is the 150 year cellabration. I am sorry you will not see it this year. Everything else will be the same.
