After much deliberation, I purchased a CTX 3030. Still trying to figure it out as this is my first Minelab detector. It doesn't get the extreme depth of an Aquasound in South Florida, but it may have a valuable place where I hunt further up the east coast where we have black sand and rougher water that limits the use of the aquasound. CTX questions: 1.) Any hints on maximazing its performace on the beach and in the water would be helpful and much appreciated. 2.) How do you adjust the manual descrimination in the field? I have not been able to find it in the manual. 3.) I have heard that reverse descrimination hunting is a productive strategy. Can anyone tell me how do you do that? Thanks for any input and may all your hunts be golden. Blessings, Beach Papa
