Cub Scout? Neckerchief Slide

Howdy All. I found this neckerchief slide at a 1900's school yard. I think it is a Cub Scout item and I see info saying 1970's?? Hoping it is older...let me know if you have any info. Thks and HH.

Neckerchief slide: yes. Webelos. A step between Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts. Not sure what year. I'd guess 60's or 70's.

I was a webelo in the early 70s...sure remember mine looking alot like that one...cool find
