Cufflink design, id help please?

found these cufflinks the other day, not sure about them, age, is this some kind of design or just civilian? thank you for your time

That is a sweet find. We may need a clearer pic for a more accurate date. The patina looks old, as does the oval shape. Maybe someone with more knowledge than I could give you an era but I'd need a clearer pic and maybe the back side too. nice find....where there are cufflinks, there are coins :-)

I have found many coins also in the area, and I'm on the clear picture I had to take it from PC since my battery in my phone is dead But thanks for the reply.
