✅ SOLVED Curved iron thing. No idea

It’s iron, so the shape must’ve triggered it. Any ideas on what this might be? Thanks! I don't think it's rusty enough to be iron. More likely a heavy brass alloy. Is it broken on both ends?

Thanks for the replies! I think your Id is as close as anything is to come to telling what this is. Makes sense since it’s near what might be the old entry to some structure. Thanks again!
