Custom V3i program HELP

I cant seem to find where in the menu that you can create a custom program, I see the stock programs, but that is all, what do I do next??

Did it not come with a users manual?

Took me less than 2min to find it online. Start on page 24...http://media.whiteselectronics.com/manuals/V3 Manuals/Spectra V3i Instruction Manual.pdf

Also found this vid on utube. Skip forward to 4:45 but the info I believe you are looking for is toward the very end.
Note: This is on the Spectra V3, I'm assuming the V3i is the same.

Interesting the expert menu was at the end when I opened it so I kept trying to scroll down and it wouldn't go. I had to scroll up to see the rest of it. Took me forever to figure it out. It stayed exactly where I had left it instead of resetting to the beginning of the expert menu.
