Cut off at my nicest, most producing branch

Why? Same reason I've predicted for a long time.

Some n00bie was going in, buying a box of halves, searching and dumping, and repeating.

Coming in 5 times a day, twice a week, every half hour, for a box. Then dumping it, at what I could only presume is the same dump bank.

Of course, management or business customers caught wind and it is now a cut off for all of us.

They were also the ONLY bank that gave out bags in my area.

So thank you very much, idiot. Myself and a few others who really enjoyed and respected that bank are now cut off.

This also may extend to the district based on their language. One conspicuous buffoon ruins it for an untold number of hunters.

THAT'S the end of CRHing, not some magical silver sorting machine.

Sorry to hear it. The positive out of all of this is that there are other banks out there. That doesn't help the hurt right now though, especially if said buffoon is going to be looking for new banks to wreck havoc on.

well TD doesn't sell bags from their coin machine and I've never heard of a Bank Of America having a coin counter-- Nevertheless, sorry to hear about your loss, Accordselux.

It was a stagecoach. It's more of a warning to you guys- keep an eye out for what's going on at your branches and stay extra courteous if you like the relationship.

I always asked every few weeks if my setup was still fine and brought cookies/thanked them. They were all great people the whole time and actually would talk with me about finds. Well I still have to do regular banking too, so I'll still see them.

Sucks, but if they have truly hit it at the regional level, like they claim (and I've always gotten straight dope from them), I've found a whole lot of dump banks?

I wish it happened at a different time though, my Dad's been really sick. Something to help keep my mind off things.

What a maroon. I'm really surprised that the tellers put up with that after the second time. I've seen it before at some of my branches, guy parking lot searches, returns for another, gets cut off fast. Worst is when they poach your boxes.

Definitely will. I'll spend a few weeks testing the waters in a bunch of branches and seeing the outcome of this change.
