CW Artillery Shell, Hotchkiss?

Hello, I posted the shell in the "What is it" forum but I don't know how many Tnet members who know a lot about CW artillery shells who visit the forum so I am posting here. I didn't dig the item but found it on a back boothe at an antique shop and got a really good price. Just looking to add to my collection. It weighs 9 to 10 pounds. I can tell it was drilled and the powder removed. Any information would be great. Happy Holidays!
