Went out yesterday with my buddy and walked for MILES across a site loaded w/ frags and shot bullets.. In the pictures.. the lead on the top are all dropped or fired bullets, the big chunk in the center is a piece of a James shell, the pieces on the sides are Parrot.. including two chucks of the nose with the fuse threads visible and some large cannon ball pieces. The two lead round balls at the bottom are lead grape shot. Pretty good day out and some interesting pieces of iron..

HH Everyone!!!

Re: Civil War Relics.. Bullets and Artty Pieces *Nice piece of a James Shell*

Not familiar with a "James Shell" what does that look like is that the same as an "archer"? And you can best believe if you are finding that many frags there is a couple of shells there, they are just deep. Almost everywhere I have found alot of frags I have found a whole shell. Keep it up and you will get it

Ok, here are pics of the james shell after it has been in the tank for 8 to 10 hours... still has some ways to go to get all the rust out but it is looking a lot better!!
