Dad went to this place we absolutely pounded last year with at pros. I mean relentlessly. You couldn't even get a non ferrous signal. He took his 800 today and found the 1903 barber dime about 6 inches deep. Hes still hunting.... maybe more to come.

Nice barber dime. Congrats

Wow,that 800 is certainly a killer machine.

Nice , equinox finds silver cool, congrats

Nox seems the rage this year as the AT (Pro & Max) fade in enthusiasm. Are the really as much better as this post would suggest? I’ve found several silver dimes at about 6 inches over the past couple years with my AT Pro, so maybe it was just missed in the previous saturation pounding of the site by Tlh and Dad? I’m very interested in what else the 800 detects that was previously missed and what that does or does not indicate between the detectors. Thanks!

I don't know yet. Were going out in the am for a little head to head. I'm gonna run the nox and dad on the ATP. He has a few hundred hrs in on it. We shall see.

Congratualtions on the nice silver! :occasion14:

The equinox blows the ATP away for separation .ATP is to slow but I found some good stuff with it . It is a great starter machine . Go find a target with the 800 and see if the ATP can tag it . Keep doing this as you hunt and you will see what I am talking about .

The greatest thing since sliced bread :icon_thumleft:

If that Barber dime has an "S" mint mark, you have a valuable find also! Nice!:icon_thumleft:

Hi, nice find. Congrats:icon_thumright:
