daughter found a couple rocks what are they?

We have one weird looking rock has some tiny crystals in it and the other I believe is a large piece of quartz but idk. If u can help us out that would be great. Thank you how do I post pictures?

If I recall correctly from my rockhounding days back in college (a bit over 40 years ago), the pink one is a chunk of Rose Quartz. The other appears to be Calcite crystals, which typically form in a limestone cave environment.

Rose quartz is something prospectors are thrilled to find. Its a good indicator that gold is nearby.

My 2 cents for the left one (tannish) is also calcite crystals as I have been in a cave full of them. It was about 2 miles of crawling through calcite and gypsum.
