Day 4 - Horse Paddock Field.....

This was Cru'dad's first hunt on this field & we spent 4 hours (8 man hours) covering about 1 acre.

Not much compared to the odd hour or two I spent on it before. I guess this middle section is moving away from the activity.

We did get one interesting Medieval whatzit Nice patina & incised line decor, broken at both ends which I guess had the fixing holes. Furniture hinge??

Glad you and dad got out. . . nice variety of finds

On a side note, I wish you would SPEND that cruddy NEW Jefferson nickel
that you've been using to scale your finds. It would be my pleasure to send you a SILVER
Mercury dime to use instead. . . the quality of your finds deserves better
