Hey folks, just thought I would share a little interaction I had today.
So, a few months ago my wife found me a deal on Facebook marketplace for an Equinox 600 with an MP 35 pinpointer. I was really stoked and I got a steal.
Unfortunately though the original owner had lost the cuff strap and waterproof headphone port cover. No big deal, just a bit of an annoyance.
I looked online and didn't see anyone selling them so thought I would see how much it would set me back from ML. I emailed today, and this evening I got a reply from Deb telling me to send my address and she would send them out free of charge.
Minelab didn't make a penny on the sale of the machine and it was carelessness of the original owner to lose those bits and not a fault in the machine, but they are taking care of me.
Nice to see that kind of care from a manufacturer, makes me a big fan.
