Sorry, it is not an artifact, it is a natural stone made by mother nature.
 

I blew up all three pictures and couldn't see any chipped/worked areas, could you share some better photo's that show the chipped areas?

Sorry, I blew it up 5x, there is no flaking or chipping done by anything except mother nature.

read the rules not slamming no one, just don't agree. sent a photo to the local university, says it could be a very old artifact and has been in the field for many many years. looks like it was worked at some time.
