Deus 1 XY screen ??

My XY screen has these lines on it. Has anyone seen these before? Any suggestions on how I can rid rid of them? I emailed XP about this and haven't received any answer.

Not sure if it will work, but worth a try...
Remove the back cover.
Unplug the battery.
Wait 2 minutes (power on while the battery is removed to drain stored voltage).
Replace the battery and back cover.
Power up and see if the screen cleared.

XP has emailed me back and asked for some information about my controller. I'm now waiting for a reply.
