14k with 8 diamonds, found at Fernridge Lake, 24 Oct

FOR THOSE OF YOU THAT LIKE TO USE A PINPOINTER......I AM EXTREMELY FOND OF THE "SUNRAY" PIN POINTER THAT ATTACHES TO YOUR DETECTOR AND USES YOUR DETECTORS BATTERY SYSTEM. THE SMALL HANDHELD PINPOINTERS NORMALLY GO ABOUT A 1/4 IN TO 1 INCH FOR A TARGET. THE SUNRAY WILL GO CLOSE TO 3INCHES IN THE GROUND. I HAVE BEEN USING ONE FOR ABOUT A YEAR NOW AND 100% OF THE TARGETS THAT I DIG UP RIGHT BENEATH THE PROBE TIP. I WOULDN'T GO OUT DETECTING WITHOUT IT

nothing special....using a white's dfx in the coin and jewelry mode. the rings were about an inch in the ground
