Noticed the boxes and wrappers on the Loomis Halves has changed to a different style than the string and sons. Hopefully these are not being culled for silver as I was told they were starting!

if they are brown/black or white/black wrappers, i've had the worst luck with those.

It would help to know what they look like or maybe a pic. Do they just say Loomis on them and in a different style flat box without holes?

I'll see if I can get a picture of the box as well.

Those are always dump in my area. 6 months ago at my pickup bank, those started to appear 100 dollars at a time with one end open and the other and machine wrapped and I have not been back there since. I am in the Ventura county/ Camarillo area.

Those are the same Loomis wrappers that I have been dealing with for over 6 months. Still find some silver

found 2 walkers in them today

Same Loomis wrappers I have in my area. Found one 64' and a Samoa $1 coin in the same box just yesterday.

I get them from Loomis, and I also get them from Garda. I find less silver in Loomis compared to Strings. I think it depends on what they have on hand. They prob get them by the pallet, and when you work through the pallet they may change back.

My loomis book was a skumk but noticed they changed the wrappers on pennies to so who knows, maybe they just cut Strings out.
