Difficulty posting pics.

Well the title explains it all, I have tried everything, I've even reformated my laptop. I'm so tired of waiting for pics to load, after 20 mins, still aint loaded.
I've cropped,downsized,rebooted,defragged,cleaned, you name it, I've done it.
Anyone have any ideas? its sooo frustrating, I'm starting to wanna give up.

Hi Molly,
Be sure the pics are less than 256K in size each. If you are using dial-up they can take forever.
Other than that, I don,t know what to tell you. Maybe the net is being funky right now.
I am getting ready to upload a big post, so if I have problems i will let you know.

Just uploaded a few pics of the Ca. State mineral collection. No problems!
I guess it's not the net.

try resizing one of your pics down to about 50 KB and see if it changes things.

Ok I managed to post a 350res pic, still took a while but thats prolly due to the size, I wanted it big, so could see the flaking.
Still takes ages for my pages to load, shows the countdown at the left, bottom of the page.

I think it was slow today, being the weekend, everyone trying to get on the net.

I'm going to have to get my pics down to a minimum I think, might help.
