I have not been getting out at all lately. Work, family, and the summer ending has kept me sidelined pretty much since my GW button hunts. Anyway, I went to a new permission for about 5 hours and dug about $20 in clad. The site itself has been in continuous use for 150 years so I needed to cut through the crap to get to the good stuff. Surprisingly there was no big silver. Overall a very productive day;)

Update: just counted - This puts me over 200, to 203 silver coins for the year. Lol

Very nice buddy. What's that button all about? Civy blazer? You guys are really making me mad hunting while I work. I'm hoping I've been saving this luck for one big hunt

Scrappy,

Good score on all the silvers.

Regards + HH

Thats like a dream day to me right there... Awesome digs... x10

Lol. George and I collaborate, with our whole plan being to MAKE U MAD Abe! Soon enough you'll have us green with envy, without a doubt. The tough part of this hunt was the land use dates to 1740, with no trace of anything earlier than those IHP's and Seated.

That button looks a lil big to be a civvy blazer Abe lol. Hey, I see a seated....why are you complaining about no big silvers? Spoiled I tell you

Congrats on that huge number of keepers. :notworthy: You killed it today. I bet you were cussing when you pulled each and every clad after you pulled all those keepers. :tongue3:

Thank goodness it was a civvy button because I zingo'd the hell out of it! That seated is sweet right Dave?! Lol

Great hunt Steve.
You need to be more great full for your finds. You know there staving kids in china???

Even more so since a seated is on that " as-of-yet-NOT FOUND " list that is still way longer than it should be

Thanks Loco. I don't mind clad...each one pulled is just one less coin blocking out the nice ones!

Very productive day for the silvers and other finds. Well done

That's a killer hunt Steve. $20 in clad is a lot of digging, but these keepers were well worth it. Don't see a dime quadfecta often... never seen a quinfecta... and a sexfecta would be as awesome as it sounds :laughing7:

I've been spending too much time in the fields lately looking for Colonial stuff... have a new permission at a nice Victorian house. A few silvers and indians would be a nice change of pace.

You said you haven't been getting out at all lately??
Thank God!
If this hunt is any semblance of what happens when you do get out,, there wouldn't be much to hunt in the USA if you got out more regularly.
Congrats on a FANTABULOUS HUNT!!

Great hunt Steve.

Hell there are starving old men in NC dying for a day like that! Way to go Scrappy.

Wow killer hunt! That's a great spot!

I think this is the first quad I've seen posted....awesome hunt bud.

Amazing lot of finds!
