Dime years of interest?

I have been searching cents and decided to give dimes a chance. I picked up a box and am wonderibg what year has the last % of silver in it?

Dimes are pretty easy to rim search- any shiny silver rims are silver and anything dirty check anything you can 100% see the split on the edge(silver/copper) you are good to know its after '64

Also, 1992 and up S mint proof dimes are silver, but clad proofs were minted also.
