Dimes, nickels and halves for 7/6 and 7/9

Box of dimes on Wednesday produced one 1964-D ender, but Saturday was a skunk. It did produce a prettily toned Trinidad and Tobago 1 cent and two (modern) Canadian dimes.

Nickels on Wednesday produced no silver, but 3 more of the 2004 DDO, a 1923 Buffalo, 20 pre-1960 Jeffersons, a minor struck-through error nickel (1989-P) and one with a big die clash (2000-P). Saturday's box had yet another 2004 DDO (I've got seven of them now), a 1935 Buffalo, 2 x 1943-P silver, 21 other pre-1960, two somewhat heavily greased 1996-P Jeffersons and a misaligned 1980-P cutting off the top 1/3 of "LIBERTY".

While I was dumping on Saturday, I got $79 in loose and CWR halves. They were skunks.

Oddly, all the ones I've found are mid to late die state. I'd like to find a nice condition one in an early die state, but those might not be the ones in my area.

The discovery pieces were found just down the road from me in Naples, which is I'm sure is why I'm finding so many. Probably almost all the nickels from that die were part of the same shipment to the Atlanta Fed and then to this part of Florida.

Maybe I can make a whole roll of them. At this rate, I should before the end of the year.
