i think its something, but i'm new at this. the edges look worked to me. i found it yesterday. looks like it may have had a tip that was broken off.
tried to get good photos but its hard to see the detail, all sides look like they have tiny notches all around the edge.

You have a utilized flake (Knife).....could have been a scraper but probably a handy knife, it was probably used when it was first struck from the core without any flaking but as it dulled the edges were touched up and used repeatedly.
Keep looking in that area, there should be more artifacts as this is more of a habitation tool rather than a weapon.
