A family member of mine owns a pool company and he has a bunch of old heaters in his backyard now this is an inlet/outlet manifold from a heater and I’m trying to figure out if it’s brass or some other type of metal that’s not gonna be worth as much put a rare earth magnet to it and it didn’t stick at all so I’m thinking it’s brass but I could be wrong the oxidation on it make me think it’s brass but I don’t quite know I’ll post some pictures maybe you guys have seen them before or you can give me a little input on it.

Chlorinated pools? Clorine eats brass. Most quality swimming pool pumps are bronze.

Yeah most pools are chlorinated unless they’re saltwater but this is from a chlorine pool
