I was looking through my foreign coins and found this. It looks and sounds like silver.

it's a philippines 10 centavos from 1963... it is an alloy of copper-zinc-nickel and is barely worth $0.10 in it's condition. Mintage is 50,000,000. Source: 2009 Standard Catalog of world coins 1901-2000.​
 
I'm guessing its ten centavos, 1963, central bank of the philippines

not silver
