Does anyone know anything about Ebay's "Hassle Free Returns"

I'm trying to get a handle on ebay's hassle free returns because it looks like they will make all sellers use the process after this year. Has anyone looked into this?

It gives the buyer a spot on their my ebay page to click and do a return. I had one return since I got in. I got an email/message stating a return was in progress. When you open it up it will show the buyers complaint. In my case it was my mistake I inserted the wrong photo of the product. So I did not challenge it. It was a smaller priced item so I let the buyer keep it and I refunded them. It makes returns very easy for the buyer.
