It is gray/black with shiny silver throughout.

I'm going to guess magnetite or pyrite

Does it have some garnet in it? I'm seeing red specks. I've seen pyrite and garnet conglomerates that look similar to that

I'd say it's a mafic rock. I'd like a less blurry pic to narrow it down further.
