Does anyone know where this mudlarking site might be in New York City?

Well the title says the East river. Looks uptown to me, all you have to do is drive up the East River and look for that bridge. I'm thinking it may actually be the Harlem River but a drive up the east side would tell you when you see the bridge. There aren't that many small bridges, should be easy enough to find.

Thanks but I don't have a car. I will explore that area though and will see if I can find it.
