Does AT Gold has the same early issues as found on the early at pro?

I have not heard of any problems with the AT Gold at all.

I bought my AT Gold last month so far no problems still on same batteries. This is my very first metal dectector and its user friendly still need to learn but at least I can go out and keep up with other people who have experience. You wont go wrong with this detector I am not sure why the AT Pro seems more popular
