Does PayPal have a customer service phone contact?

I have a closed bank account listed on my PayPal and everytime I try to delete it, it says "unable to process at this time". I've tried to do this every now and then over the last month and get the "no can do" everytime. I now want to talk to a real person to ask WTF

Never mind I found some 888 number.
