Does this jasper look worked?

Went back to an old spot today. Wasn’t sure if these were natural or debitage. Thoughts?

Being it is debitage is has been worked. But it is waste from the process of making a point or tool. So your answer is yes and no

Thank you. That is what i was thinking… that it was chips of leftovers off of another piece that was being worked.

I believe the bottom piece is a burin, which would qualify it as a tool.
