Back to the late 19th century woods site . I had a spot i knew needed cleanup ! This is two hours Saturday morning before spending a delightful beach day with my wife . She gave me the green light for Sunday and I spent 6 hours out in these woods ! Not a great ratio on old coins but I dug well over a hundred coins and ended up with 3 Indians , a 1906 , 1892, and an 1867 which is a fairly scarce year Three wheaties as well. 1935 being the earliest . and one 1945 George VI, I managed to get the two man cross cut saw out in one piece . I wish it was in better shape but I am still going to clean it up , A late 19th century Yale lock . The AAA plate is late 50's early 60's I believe . This is the second one of this type that I have dug . A 1930's to 1940's pocketwatch a couple of early 20th century bottles . Practically everything except a piece of silver or gold Gotta be some there Thanks for looking and Happy treasure hunting to all ! MaineRelic
