Hello, I found this Peace charm or medallion last Tuesday detecting a playground and thought it was just a vending machine trinket. Today at lunch, my wife called while I was detecting I'm sorry, but a half hour goes by too quick!) While I was talking to her, I was going through my other finds in my pouch and came across the Peace charm again and decided to give it a closer look. I walked over to my truck, got out my magnifying glass and couldn't believe what I saw. "Tiffany & Co .925" About the size of a dime, but I was no good the rest of the day Thanks for reading. Actually I think, per chance it just may be consider a "tag charm" . . . the closest I have seen to it thus far is:

CHARM does look Legit, but test it to be sure..CHINA is making Fake Tiffany items by the shiploads!

Nice find and your right always check for hallmarks. I found a Tiffany Key ring once and a Gucci bracelet several years back. I sold the bracelet on Ebay a few months ago and it brought over $200.

Nice silver find you have to love that Tiffany stuff that peace symbol goes for 100 bucks on there site ,only once i found .925 Tiffany on a beach last year not sure what it is maybe tie tack i cant find it anywhere but its chunky .Good hunt Dd60

I know it has been a few days since anyone posted in this thread but yesterday I was looking over the silver rings I have found and saw one that said Avery 925. I looked it up on eVilBay and they sell for around 25 dollars used. It sure beats what I though was going to be 3-4 dollars worth of scrap silver.
