Sometimes i would wear them, sometimes not. I had forgot them at home this last weekend, hit a brushy spot. Somehow managed to come down on top of one of those big osage orange tree thorns with my right knee. Went straight in to the side of the kneecap. Still hurts days later.

I know I'm not going to forget them next time.

Ouch!!! Just talking about it hurts, hopefully it will get better soon.

Did the same with a thorn apple it broke off and was hell for over a month...now don't make me tell you about why you should wear glove's...

IM a water hunter when i drop to my knees to fan that target i always make sure i have extra padding on my wet suite knee area shells and rocks will get me

I always wear knee pads but only wear one because when I'm digging a target I'm only down on one knee.
