I have a friend who lives in another country who has ruins that date back to over (supposedly) 6,000 BC near his home and would like to have a couple of photos doused to see if there are any places that he should concentrate his efforts in looking for valuables or artifacts. Red or arth, can you do your magic on these?

There is gold, man made, 3-6ft depth. Very valuable.

Thanks Mr Balance! I have shown my friend and he is already excited.....

Red circles for deep loose coins/treasure or valuable artifacts down to 7-10 feet deep. Green Xs/circles for archaeological type signals and sites.

Thanks Red! I knew you and/or aarthjr would weigh in soon as well! My buddy's head will come off his shoulders when he sees this....lol Thanks! I'll let you know of any finds he makes here! Almost done on the job I'm at now and looking forward to getting out "swinging" again!

Yes Okie, there is a strong gold signal in the rectangle MrBalance made, to right or E of it seems to be some placer gold. If not a vein, it would sure be one hack of a treasure.

Red Desert, OkieDowser I have the exact value. I will not post it here...since I am waiting to see if the gentlemen asking will have the courage to go and take a shovel!

Don't worry MrBalance, I had plenty of hits in the same general area, hadn't even checked for raw which seems to be there also.

Thanks for the updated info guys! What do you think the estimated value of the gold cache's are in the two pictures? I posted these for a friend in another country who is really excited to look in these places but doesn't have a metal detector (gonna make it a bit more difficult) but still would like to take a look and see what he can find. If anyone wants to PM me as to estimated values, please feel free. I won't post them here unless you say so, and I will only share the info with my friend who lives there.

I don't know what country your friend lives in, but anyone treasure hunting in Europe within the old Roman Empire could have some extremely valuable gold finds. There is a recent thread I was looking for at another forum which is for gold prospecting. It seems the person deleted it and I can understand why. He had detected a Bronze Age Roman site, finding over 100 Roman copper coins. The gold artifact posted, the second gold artifact find, weighed either 24 or 29 grams, since the thread was deleted can't check now. But I do have a photo, because the pics were taken with a cell phone, I put them all on a high resolution background to make them better. It should be safe to post it, if I don't mention the treasure hunter or the country, forum, etc.-----when I check the photo with my dowsing rods, the rods will respond to a question either of archaeological or gold treasure. This kind of gold artifact I believe can give a strong archaeological response, just as it can for a gold search. Although, whatever country your friend lives in, any gold cache is going to be worth a lot, because of the current gold prices.

"another country who is really excited to look in these places but doesn't have a metal detector (gonna make it a bit more difficult) "----marked a spot that should be good to dig without a detector, don't think it is the same as Okie marked. Red arrow points to it, was checking for coin caches, but seems to be stuff deep enough to be ruins there or ancient layers of civilization. .

I know. I will wait posting value details until I see that person has real motivation to go. That means at least his pictures from location.

Might be nice also, to hear about what type of ruins his part of the country has, sometimes they can be deep.

I'll let you know when I hear from him again and I'll ask him to send me some pictures.

Thanks teleprospector and again to everyone else who has looked at these photos. I still have not heard back from my friend on this but that isn't unusual as the country/area he is in isn't the best for electricity and internet! I will see him again on my next rotation for work and will speak more with him then. Wish I could join him on this hunt! It sure LOOKS promising and possibly life changing for him. I do have mixed feelings though as I'm sure this location has some historic significance to his country and culture but he is a smart educated man so my hope is that he will approach this from that perspective and get the proper permits and permissions that his country requires.....knowing that place like I do.....it could take forever and a day or be usurped by some corrupt (gasp!) gov offical!
