well have day off today wife at work and kids at home did all my honey dos yesterday, so I was deciding where to go for hunt I was planing to hunt where me and NM Dan hunted yesterday a permission that I but not much luck just a silver washington. i notice the the neighbor's house across the street and through like hunt that yd. So I stopped by and had coffee with the neighbor a prior permission that I acquired a few months ago make friends with the owner decided to have a cup of coffee with him after the cup of coffee we're walking out to the truck when we saw the neighbor outside and meet the neighbor and gave me permission to hunt his yard stated that his house was built in 1938 and gave me permission so I hunted it . my first find was a American Airlines youth ring then got kind of the same signal but the foot away from there and decide to dig to my surprise this came out a a US buckle, omg !!!! really only seen on u tube, it was my second hole, then found boot taps and then second dream find a 1876 seated half dollar . can anyone help me how clean my buckle

Now that's a yard that the finds and the age of the house just don't go together, got to love it when there's old dirt around a newer place.
Congrats on the plate and the silver-getting two "Oh Wow"finds out in the same hunt is great. Congrats striking off two bucket listers.

You have to love when one hunt leads to another!! And then finding 2 incredible items!! It makes me want to go bang on some doors!!! I love that half, hard to find out west!! You better check the other neighbors

It is very difficult to find silver coins down for my area and especially a seated half of the dollar, us plate was a dream come true New Mexico had a scares population especially in the 1800's wasn't like back East were thousands of people lived. The owner of the residence is going to introduce me to the neighbors and hopefully have two more or three permission to hunt in the neighborhood
