ok guys lots of help so far been running my sluice found some flour and have been pieceing my dredge together.. i want to know the best way to extract the flour our of the black.. magnets mercury blue bowl... and i have a honda gx160 what pump would u buy for it..keene proline what size for my 2.5.. thanks

smitty4687, take a look at batpan.com I purchased one several years ago and if you black sands are mostly magnetic then one of these pans could be helpful as it removes the magnetic material when the material in the pan is fluidized. I've never found any gold in the sands the magnets hold onto. Magnets are on the outside of the pan so the stuff that is caught is easily wiped off of the pan into a storage container if a person wanted to........................63bkpkr
