Figured I would put a pic of myself out here since I was asked for it. This is a pic of a decent redfish I caught in Galveston Bay not long ago.

Ah, those bull reds ~ my favorite fish. Don't you just love the fight you have just reeling them in? I love em grilled on the half shell. Good catch, Dr Grip

This red was caught while free shrimping for speckled trout! I was using light tackle when he hit and the fight was on for about 20 minutes.

Grilled on the half shell is exactly how this one was cooked and it was great!

I haven't tried to smoke (BBQ) any reds yet, but with another trip coming in a few weeks I may see how that turns out!
