I am planning a camping trip to the Dry Tortugas in Sept and would like to visit the Nuestra Senora el Rosario site. I've read it's somewhere off Loggerhead Key but have heard it is off Garden Key. Does anyone know where it is located and how to identify it from a snorkeling view?
