This is one of my favorite dug tokens, even if it is crusty.Can anyone give me an idea of age or rarity?

Stuart's Colorado Token book lists a 5,10, and 15ct aluminum octagonal token that says either "Eagle Pool Hall/ Grand Jct, Colo", or "Eagle Pool Hall? 2nd. &? Colorado.
Yours probably is the missing 25cts for that set.
